How to distribute macros in each meal

Hello Everyone, I'm a new user. I'm into fitness from a while. My question is that how I can distribute my macros (carbs, protein,fat) in each meal ? I take 4 meals a day and a protien shake after my workout. If anyone can help then it'll be really helpful. Thanks

    It really doesn't matter, for the most part. What are your goals? Lose weight? Build muscle? Athletic performance?

    You can distribute them however you like.

    Personally, I wouldn't over complicate things...calories are what matter for weight management. I personally think people get way too into the weeds with macros and worrying about being bang on and exact distribution, etc.

    Can you be more specific about what you're trying to accomplish? That will help determine how or even if you need to focus on macros.
