Until you can weigh you can take it at a 3 cal average.

I agree that weight is most accurate. However it is not always most convenient. I personally use volume and measure grapes by the cup. If I hit a plateau or start gaining I may change to using a scale. I bought several one cup containers for easier meal prep and it’s working for me.

After this thread the OP probably hired a hazmat team to remove the scary grapes from his/her home.

This was just to funny and I have a food scale but wasn't sure how many calories are in grapes. I will look for the USDA on 100gm

Worse advice ever? See below for why you always WEIGHT your food when tracking.

How many people are going to have access to champagne wine grapes? Or eat them for that matter, even if they do, given the thick skins and big seeds of wine grapes? Most table grapes - you know, what the average person is going to buy in a grocery store - are approximately the same size.

Weighing is more accurate, I agree.

But this sort of thing I often go by x per individual one, like this.

Unless you are eating huge quantities, or grapes very different to the usual size, it will average out and make very little difference in practice.
