I need some new food and exercise ideas!

I've lost roughly 60 pounds since I started using MFP about 2 years ago, and I'm about to reach my weight loss goal. I'm getting burnt out on my normal routine, I need some fresh ideas to keep me going and engaged, thanks.

    It started as heart health because I had high blood pressure but now that that's not a major factor, it's been just working out my upper body to the best of knowledge. I'm great at eating right and doing cardio but I don't really know how to build muscle efficiently.

    Hard to comment on food but as far as muscle building google/youtube some good weightlifting videos. SO much stuff out there and you can actually build muscle without any weights...just body weight too. Simple stuff like push ups, sits ups, wall sits, lunges, etc.

    I'd start hitting lower body. I never felt better in my life than when I could squat down to pick something up and my muscles allowed me to spring right up into a standing position without holding on to something to get back up. When I walked, I'd feel like I was almost literally weightless; I would spring up with each step.

    Personally, I LOVE HIIT routines, such as the ones found on Fitness Blender (I'm sure many will scoff at that, but it's very do-able with my schedule as a busy person and parent). They tend to emphasize lower body and be a bit more strength-based (as opposed to cardio), and, honestly, they tend to be pretty squat / lunge heavy. It takes a lo to of work at first, but it gets much, much easier.

    Anything you need in the realm of food? I'm a total egg man. They're cheap, a great source of fat, vitamins, and protein, and I happen to love them. I put a fried egg or two on just about anything (chili, enchiladas, sauteed kale / greens, rice or noodles, etc.) and we make things like frittatas, eggs in hell, omelettes, or scrambled eggs like three times a week. It just makes things simpler for me.

    Also, I eat a ton of veggies, but usually with a lot of caramelized onions and garlic. That's kind of my trick to eating a lot more fibrous veggies.

    it is helping learn to enjoy quality instead of quantity of food.
