    Great challenge! Will be very helpful! I always lose weight fairly slowly so aiming for 17lb which is fairly ambitious for me but going to try. I have signed up for a 5k race in July so will be training and building up for that so leaning up would be useful as well!

    I AM IN!!!

    This is exciting and a perfect challenge for me. It is not so much the weight as it is the redistribution of it and the regaining of muscle and balance. At 61, I just want to be healthy. Having had some back challenges and seeing my muscle lose and balance in the rear view mirror, sadness has now morphed into motivation. Plus losing those last 10 pounds would be the perfect bonus. I am ready to get this going and to help support you too. Let’s get it going!

    I need some help. First my post did not show that I am a member and I am. What did I miss? AND, how do I get the monthly challenge graph so I post my weight, goals, encouragement etc? Obviously I have more challenges than me joining this Summer Weight Loss Challenge 2018.

    I’m a 24 year old teacher from Leeds, UK. I hope to go from 178lbs to 146lbs by the end of August. I think a 32lbs weight loss in 4 months will be a challenge but I’m feeling ready. My ultimate goal weight will be around 130lbs. I’m 5’6.
