Logging Tabatta

I know Tabatta varies each workout, but how do y’all generally log it in MFP? I use weights depending on the exercise. My gym calls it Strong & Fit. I think I should log it all as strength & be conservative on calories burned.

I do Tabatta at home occasionally using an app on my phone. I don't log my exercise here, but if I did, I'd do as you're already thinking: log it as strength but consider it a small calorie burn.

Lots of different activities can be done in a mode that might be called "Tabata". ("Tabata" is just a name for a specific type of interval workout, but people do workouts that are running, cycling, calisthenics, and more, in what they consider a "Tabata" mode.) So, yes, log it as whatever the underlying exercise activity was.

When I was logging all exercise I logged it as circuit training. I only used the full workout time if I pushed the workout 100%. If I did the workout at half effort I cut the time way down.
