New and need motivation please

Hi everyone. Ive yoyo dieted for many years. I always put on a stone then lose a stone then put it back on. This time i put on nearly 2 stone and after trying ww and sw its just not shifting and i need help. I have 1 stone 5 lbs to lose and really want a chunk of it gone by my hols in 8 weeks but struggling. Any tips welcome xx

    I would suggest looking into the whole 30 diet. I’ve lost 48lb just sticking the the diet, it’s easiest diet I’ve ever been on
