Healing from tendinitis in both shoulders. But did sets of 120lbs last week and was pretty happy with that progress.

I'm a 147lb tank and I can only bench 115. I'm seriously about to give up on this lift. JK. Would never give up but I'm close to punching someone in the face every time I go an AMRAP session and can't raise my training max.

Low 40s. My progress is slow. But it's far more than I used to be able to do.

I weigh 151 lbs. and have a poverty bench press of 115 lbs. lol (and I compete  ). There is a competitor in the 63kg weight class that benches over 300 lbs! I did a little research and found out she's been benching over 20 years. It takes many, many years to build up that kind of strength. Most women don't have as much upper body strength vs. lower body strength. Thank God I can deadlift over 300 lbs. otherwise I probably wouldn't keep competing

    Never tried 1RM but I'm stuck at 85lbs, can't seem to get past it but I'm on a cut . . .

    I do mostly 12oz curls...just kidding.

PRed on bench at 145lbs at bodyweight of 139lbs yesterday. 150 moved...but needed assistance at the top.

I do my sets using 80-85 lbs. My estimated 1 rep max would be close to 110 lbs.

    I tested a 1rm at 115 in the fall, but haven't retested since...my working sets are 100, 105, then doubles of 110.

    Never enough.

1rm in the gym is 97.5. Bar speeds recently though point to maybe finally breaking through the 100 mark.
