    I find that this journey for 50 days is not only going to be about self care. It's also going to show me how much do I love me? Am I willing to take 50 days of my life and only worry about me first. That will be the hard part

    I am unsure what I am afraid of. I do have this sense of being afraid on this new spiritual and physical journey. The 50 day challenge is just the beginning
