    I just had a Stouffers fit Bowl - Chicken with cashews. They do all the work to balance the nutrients and it only takes 4 minutes in the microwave. Keeping it simple

    A big ole salad, with baby romaine, grape tomato, Fuji apple, a orange, carrot, red onion, shredded cheese, avocado, crouton, and buttermilk recipe ranch dressing. And it wasn't two little ole tablespoons of dressing. It was a hole shitload of dressing. :#

    Home made vegetable soup. Found it in a cookbook my grandma was given by a Nutritionist. Only 100 calories in 1 cup. So filling I can't even finish 2 cups!
