use it in place of sour cream. or anyway you would use normal yogourt.
  • I take Greek yogurt add lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic pounder and lots of dill. Then I smear it on salmon and bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes :)
  • Put it in a blender with some fruit!

I get the Fage 0% with the little fruit thing on the side. I like strawberry best. I HATED greek yogurt at first but now I LOVE it. Really fills me up and tastes yummy!

I've started mixing mine with sugar free cherry jello powder. It sounds weird, I know. I thought it sounded gross until I tried it - it's soooo good! 1 serving of the powder is only 10 cals, and I probably use less than that. It kind of just tastes like dessert-y creamy jello.
  • Chobani has really yummy ones with fruit in them so it's not so bitter. :) I like strawberry the most.

I like Chobani best. I eat the flavored ones by themselves. Otherwise I eat the vanilla with blackberries and granola (super high protein and fiber)

You ain't kiddin. Chobani is the serious bomb-diggety stuff! Just picked up some strawberry for the first time tonight, my favorite so far has been the pineapple though.

I love The Greek Gods yogurt. I use it in place of sour cream on Mexican food, in place of mayonnaise in tartar sauce for fish and in place of whipped cream as a topping for fruit.

I like the flavored greek yogurt like peach and strawberry!
  • Chobani Pineapple is AWESOME. and I love the idea of the sugar free jello powder. Im definitely trying that!
  • I buy the plain yougurt, bought a strainer and make my own greek style yogurt. Comes out the same flavor and a lot less. I use the yogurt to make smoothies, with fruit, a teaspoon of peanut butter (smooth), protein powder (great protein boost), maybe a half of a banana, 2% milk (8oz) and blend. It is good with raspberry preserve or honey too.

Fage with the fruit on the side is the way to go! Other than that, when I make mac n cheese, I put greek yogurt in it to replace milk and butter. It tastes amazing!

Make Tzatziki (the sauce that's on a gyro) by adding garlic, cucumber, a little salt, and some optional cayenne pepper. Then dip it with pita or pita chips. Yum!

    Add honey.

I was in Turkey this summer and they ate the stuff on everything. Meat, grilled vegetables, with granola, plain... Sooo good.

I'll have to find the Chobani, so far I've had Greek Gods, which is just ok.

i add honey to eat and eat it as is.

or add stewed apricots to it and mix (i have apricot trees, so i stew apricots and freeze them)

use it as a sauce on a chicken wrap or a beef strips wrap

    make tzadziki
  • you can add just a tiny bit of crystal lite to it to give it a great flavor. not normally into additives but in this case it is highly loved by
    many.

feel free to friend me everyone for some calorie free food for thought on my page daily. ;0 ) Colleen

I love love love Greek Yogurt. I alternate between Fage and Trader Joe's Both plain and non-fat.

I like to mix in about a teaspoon of almond butter into 1/2 cup with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for a dessert like treat. I use it in place of sour cream for everything, use it to replace oil in baking, use it for vegetable dip, in smoothie recipes.

Try chobani flavored ones. It its too sweet for you just get the plain kind and add your own fruit. I like to add in some Kashi go lean crunch with mine!

I usually like combining the flavored Chobani with fruit and maybe a little of Trader Joe's Vanilla Almond Clusters cereal....I've mixed like the black cherry Chobani with diced up white nectarine...that was yum

I sometimes mix plain with flavored. The flavored greek yogurts are not too sweet like regular flavored yogurts. I just found out that my dairy will deliver Greek Gods with the milk and they are just down the road from the dairy so it will be really fresh.

I mix it with a tablespoon or so of jam. It makes it sweet and fruity without too many extra calories.
