two and a half hours of exercise a week could lower a breast cancer patient’s risk of dying or cancer recurrence by 40 percent, and could reduce a prostate cancer patient’s risk of dying from the disease by about 30 percent.0

Very true, I remember reading an article on a study that cells regenerate faster when people excercise. Cancer is a disease that destroys cell reproduction to corrupt it and make it a cancerous cell. if the cell can fight back or recuperate, won't it slowly halt cancer progress? Thanks for the info!0

Hmmmm Intriguing! I wonder if this is the same for pets - my dog is battling cancer and we walk/run anywhere from 3 - 7 miles/day! :-)0

I'm banking on this! Hey, it can't hurt. My oncologist is very supportive and thrilled that I am exercising and trying to get astrong as possible.0
