Im new to this site....So, I will need your support !!! My goal is loosing 20lb it looks small but for me is a big thing.I tried by my own losing but is so hard :( Plese Help me!!!

    My grandma was born in Bowling Green, KY in 1912. :) So - when I hear the name, I think of her. You made me think of her. I also think of Bowling Green as a small, old community just because her dad was from there too. I think he grew tobacco. I don't think I've ever been there. This is just a random comment.     Hello, I have lost 40 lb before this site and been trying to lose almost 25 lb for a couple yrs and have been stuck. Hang in there! I've been using this for only a few weeks. I'm hoping it'll help me get out of this rut.

    Well, I moved in Bowling Green 1 year ago,for me is a change coming from big city.Bowling Green is really nice place to call home.So many businesses for small town,people are freandly,when you go to starbucks they call you by your name:)) good feeling.
