Is anyone else tracking their nutrition and exercise through this app while pregnant? And if so are there any forums or any advice you may have? Thank you.

I did through my fourth pregnancy. It was helpful for staying on track! There are groups, if i remember right.0

I did through the middle and end of my third pregnancy. It made managing my gestational diabetes with diet and exercise so much easier.0

I'd like to lose fat while pregnant but everything says no dieting while pregnant. So should I just set maintenance calories? I plan to ask my doctor at my first appointment at the end of this month.0

Yes, set to maintenance and speak to your doctor. Unless you are quite obese, it likely won’t be recommended by them.0 -

MFP won’t take into account the fact that you’re growing a baby inside of you and the extra calories that will take. You will need to eat above the maintenance that MFP gives you, but absolutely, 100%, speak to your doctor about it and explain exactly what you want to do.

Yes, I used it with both pregnancies. Set mine to maintenance and spoke to my dr about when and how much to increase it each trimester. I used it now daily to get rid of the "baby" weight.0
