    My only regular exercise is walking, so that “one foot in front of the other” song does it for me.

    It really depends what I'm in the mood for. Sometimes it's country music, some days it's gangsta rap or EDM. I have playlists for every occasion.

    I work out at home early in the morning (stupid o’clock) while my kids are asleep so I never have any music. But this morning it finally felt like spring and the birdsong was a pretty awesome backing track!

    I stumbled on Hardwell’s Don’t Stop the Madness and that’s my go-to song for ramping up a workout. Try it and you’ll find yourself pushing harder than you ever thought you could!
