There are many talent agencies and scouts out there. I would much prefer you prepare yourself to go to Central Casting Atlanta, then see of you would like to sign with an affiliate Talent Agency who generally have agents on site. A good number of them charge up front, north of $150 per month for young adults(18-21), I believe.
Some take a cut from jobs they send you too, so just ask a family friend to read through the legalese for you@percentage per job - your cut vs their cut. The positive here is they're going to keep sending you out. Each talent has a quota to meet. A desk agent will make certain you earn.
@angles. Set your camera to take multiple shots after you have decided on a background and perfect distance for your headshots. You will need to keep taking photos until you're satisfied with an angle, lighting, face profile , clothing positioning you can live with.
@full body shots ... Active shots are best with a lifestyle photography finish. Think: Hiking, tennis, gym work, planking.
@dress you. Yes. Wardrobe always has something to add to what you're wearing ... Or gives you something to wear. They will not approach you to dress, if they don't have your size.
Central Casting advertises general call outs too. If you're free on those days, go on location. You may not have the look for a speaking role ... But they tend to use whomever turns up for background scenes ( these are never advertised). To start, you could make $100 that day or more depending. Help yourself to craft service. Don't be distracted. Don't be shy. Be hungry. Every role can be your role. If they come to the tent and ask, " who can play a nerdy biker girl? " Get up and say that you can. They're going to take you to wardrobe.

Good point km8907. That would be porn@Casting Couch. Doubt it's even handled under the Adult Scenes division within SAG.
Central Casting is SAG-AFTRA affiliated Jay, hence my insistence that you start there. If an actor, even background actors, was asked to be nude, Central Casting would have an agent in charge on set. Contracts slightly differ when nudity is concerned. Meaning they need to pay the actor more, just as they will be compensated too for your agreement. Granted, they wouldn't "not advise" their talents if a nudity requirement was called for on set.

Lawn mowing and snow shoveling made good bucks for me when i was a kid. Also window washing and doing odd jobs for people can pay. Also pound the pavement and ask local businesses for work, someone may appreciate your initiative and give you a job.3

OP, have you applied at typical teenage/young adult places such as McDonald's or other restaurants? What about the local grocery store or other retail stores? What about going out and doing things such as mowing lawns or other yard work, landscaping companies, paper routes?
Good, physical labour is good for people just starting off in life. It gives them a sense of work/reward that isn't always found in a digital/online realm. There's also the in-person social aspect of working that many people seem to lack in today's world.3 -

Taking your own shots are fine too. Although they do take their own photos of you too.
@good looking. Depends on what background look they're casting for. Your age pretty much slates the Casting calls you're going to be directed to go to. Call outs are normatively general eg.
Female. 23. Blonde. No piercings. No tattoos. Sometimes a term like slim or healthy are used. At other times, clothing sizes are mentioned.
Skills needed: Needs to jog 400 meters without stopping.
Can swim a decent butterfly stroke.
Plan your photos to address the versatility of your look. Remember, interns around 18 to 23 are sieving through pictures. I did that back in the day. Remember to take a shot of your interpretation of an "All American" look with no make up and morning natural lighting.
** I have several friends in Los Angeles who are Extras. Make a decent living. Almost all jobs and call outs are for television shows. Your look will be needed. Sometimes casting teams are too busy filling in the immediate directives, they forget the background. Those in the know, just make it to the Extras tent and WAIT. 9 times out of 10, they will need your look, most especially if you're white or black. They will dress you. Once you've done 3-4 days of actual SAG approved shoots, you qualify for SAG membership. Apply for it, as it puts you in a higher pay scale per day. Be nice to interns as they oftentimes have the vouchers you need for proof of work.

Nope. Bathers are the starting point, and if you are good at and enjoy it, then you can get training fo vecome a full groomer.
There are three ways to become a full groomer, corporate training through places like Petco and Petsmart, trained by a more experienced trainer on the job, or a grooming school. Most of the schools are a scam though. Since there are no actual licencing regulations, most schools take your money, hand you office to a slightly nore experienced (but still underpaid) "teacher" and hope you don't mutilate anyone too bad.
Private groomers vary on training. Some will, some won't, and some are way better at teaching than others. Again, since unlicenced and largely unregulated you are taking your chances. But if you have a good teacher, this can be the least expensive, and most creative way to learn.
Corporate training is actually really good, and very interesting, but they have limited space, and are very competitive to get to. Once you get the training however, you are contracted to work for them for a couple years to pay it off. Honestly it's generally the best deal of the bunch though, because they do offer very good, and very safe training.1 -
Once you have SOME experience it gets much easier to find jobs.
I am old now but this true back in the 90s when I was young...and still true now believe it or not! Just in the past couple years I've helped out some of my friends' teenage kids and college age kids with this. They may have to work at a job they don't really like that much (cashier, hostess, whatever) but after like a year doing one of those...when you apply to jobs you may be interested in and/or make a little more money, they're usually way more responsive when you have employment history and a reference or two under your belt at a young age. Yes even if it's fast food. My friend's daughter (19) is in college and already working in a social work type of job earning as much money as many people with college degrees...they liked that she worked at Dominos for 2 years in high school, it showed that she could stick with something long term and show up every day. You may be surprised sometimes how much a "minimum wage job" can help you later on.2
