    I know its messed up but watching 600lb life grossed me out so much that I feel more motivated then ever before!

    Motivation is what you want, in this case: weightloss.
    You lose weight when you over time, consistently and for real, eat less than you burn.
    What are you having problems with?

    I tell myself that no one can take care of my health but me. I also take a serious look at myself in the mirror before a workout so I can think about that when I'm slowing down.

    The only thing hard about losing weight is standing on the scale and it just won't obey you as you will it to show a smaller number. So, don't. Log your food, stay in an actual calorie deficit, and live a happy life. The scale will eventually show a smaller number, but it doesn't care what your schedule is.
