if you used a hrm all day to determine how many calories you burnt all day and ate the meals when you burnt the calories, would that work to eat your maintenance calories?
dont know if that makes sense but just curious, not planning on doing it

I understand what you are saying but I believe those numbers are based on your "resting" heart rate. Meaning if you did nothing that's how many calories your body naturally burns.

no i know what you mean but im talking about a heart rate monitor that measures how many calories youre burning during the day0 -
