Was so afraid to step on the scale.....had to do a double take (didn't have my glasses on at first and though it said 199). This was just the motivation I needed. Was surpised because both Saturday and Sunday I couldn't keep my hands off of the cookies and way overdid it.3 -

URGHHHHHH, I am beyond frustrated! I have lost 40lbs so far now with another 44 to go, why has it slowed to 1lb a week? I'm netting an average of 1200 calories per day, not done anything different to normal Don't know what to do, feeling very disheartened!2 -

ditto!!!! I lost 3.75 last week and gained 1.75 this week so also average 1lb per week.
I know I shouldn't but I'm away next weekend so gonna try shakes this week with fruit, egg and nut snacks and evening meal to bring up over 1000
Then when back from hols I'm taking my pt advice and upping calories to 1350 see if this helps xx

@Tracie_Lord Dont know what to do except up the exercise abit, cut out the treats at weekend, what a way to live though! rubbish x0

yeah that's no good
Sleep, Water, nutrition and exercise and ride it out is all I can think
Maybe try upping the calories like my PT suggested.
I will defo do so after next weekend.
