How do I track liquid diet

I am creating smoothie of all essential contents and drinking over the span of two - three hours.. how do I track food with time?

    i mean...i wouldnt do an all liquid diet....Do you have a medical need? But to answer the question you track whats in the smoothie....calories dont change when blended.

    edit: also have no idea what food with time means sorry

    I would create a recipe with the ingredients. Liquid calories/nutrients can be tracked with MFP just like solids.

    As for time, I've renamed my meals to 4 hour time blocks (for example, 4 AM to 8 AM) so that I get a general idea of when I ate what.

    I think you’re asking if you need to track that you didn’t eat it all at once, but spread it out over time? That doesn’t matter. You can either just put it in as a single meal or split it up and log part of it to each meal. It’s up to you.
