activity level help

Hi I am confused as to if I should change my activity level.
I am a house wife. I have lost 69 pounds so far and have 40 to lose, at the moment I am at 180. Just over 3 weeks ago I started going for doing between 70 too 90 minutes walking a day and using map my walk to see I am burning over 400 calories a day. I also have use an iPhone to count my steps and I am getting between 10000 to 13000 steps a day. The problem is I have stopped losing weight since I started doing this.
At the moment my activity level is set to not very active, I want to keep this up to get my 10000 or more steps a day and wonder if I need to change my activity level?

If you aren't losing at sedentary/not very active, then you're either eating more than you think, burning less than you think, or both.3

You would not stop losing weight because you added in walking/exercise. You have most likely added enough intensity/volume of exercise to cause exercise related water retention (completely normal). Also I would look at your logging of your food intake... i.e. using a food scale, etc.. ?
Adding in walking/exercise does not increase your activity level, you add this as exercise to MFP and it gives you more calories to eat back.4 -

Beware the calorie estimates from MapMyWalk - many people find then dreadfully exaggerated.2

Are you consuming the same number of calories as you were before you started walking? If so, thou Are likely experiencing water retention, possibly related tho the increased exercise and just need to be patient.
Are you logging the walking as exercise and eating the additional calories MFP gives you? Is the map my walk app synched bro MFP and giving you additional calories to eat? If you are eating more than before the walking, it's likely you are overcompensating -- that is, you're not burning as many extra captors walking as you think.

I have been eating back about 25% to 35% of my exercise calories. I do have MMW synched with my MFP so it’s logging the exercise. I have been eating my calories were before I began walking.
