Any liquid will flush it out. Exercise will also sweat it out.

Water is your best bet! Coffee will also help, it is a natural diuretic.

My doctor used to tell me to eat bananas, watermelon and drink lots of water when I was pregnant suffering from severe swelling. The bananas have high amounts of potassium to counteract sodium and watermelon is high in water content already. Water is just a given, you got to drink it!

I recently started drinking Vitaminwater Zero, it has no sodium lots of vitamins and is sweetened with Truvia.

Also, water with lemon is great to get rid of excess sodium and sweating.

    Water!!!

There are many different theories about how much to drink. MFP say at least 8 8oz glasses a day. However, I try to drink at least half of my weight in water a day. Let me say that again, "try". I usually adverage 12 8oz glasses a day.

Potassium, definitely. Bananas and watermelon, as have been mentioned, are my go-tos. Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice in warm water might help.

Water,of course. Cantaloupe is also great to rid u of sodium and some kind of activity doesnt hv to be vigorous exercise, just walking or moving around helps circulate the flow of fluids through out your body.
