Peri-menopause Ladies???

In addition to avoiding self-care for the past year, peri-menopause is front and center and making the weight loss journey even more important and challenging. Hormones have insane effect on the body! I am 49. Though we can't control our hormone production, we can battle heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis together. I am seeking to lose 40 pounds, and maybe a few more. I would love to build a community to support each other through discussions, motivation and general experiences. Thank you!
