OK GUYS We're doing it all over again for MAY.

You choose your activity. Walk, run, jog, bike, step challenge. Come as often as you can too log your progress. come one YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

My personal goal will be 100 Miles of walking for May I hope too meet that and more as things get back too a normal.....I hope!

    I didn't meet my April goal of 150 miles but I'm going to try to meet it again this month.

    I just barely squeaked by in April so I'm gonna see if I can do a bit better in May. For May I'm going to walk/run 124 miles with an 85%/15% split. I'll post my updates on Sundays. Thanks for letting me join in again!

    Hi Everyone,

    Nice to see you again, great work on tackling those goals, it was motivating to see the dedication!

    I surprisingly exceeded my goal last month so I am looking to push myself even harder this month.

    Goal for the month = 475,000 steps/350 kms (approx kms)

    Trying to be a bit more consistent in my recording this month. You guys are inspiring. Well done. I am doing therapy in preparation for knee replacement. Some stationary cycling, some walking steps. Weather cooling down nicely, so no excuse for me.

    Will be away for the next 12 days...WILL continue too walk. WILL log progress when we return. We love camping in our State parks and it does give us more time too do what we love. USUALLY my miles add up more too! <3

    Morning y'all! Well, I've had to readjust my challenge goals. I was hearing a LOT of snap-crackle-pop out of my knees and dealing with some minor aches so I've decided to cut out the jogging. To keep up the intensity on my walks my new goal will be 124 miles in the month with an average pace of under 16 minutes per mile. My fastest paces have never dipped below 14min/mi without jogging so I think that's a reasonable place to start.

    Also, I hope this doesn't cause any issues with the forum but transposing all my data was getting a bit tedious so I made a quick little dashboard and am just going to drop in an image of it weekly.
