I think this guy was in the Princess Diaries
It’s Colin Firth, a very well-known actor. Or are you kidding?

Apologies to my friends from New England, but I just can't listen to that accent for long. I dated a girl from Boston for a short time and I swear her accent was the main thing that kept the time as short as it was.
I once dated a girl from Boston too.
I sorta liked that accent....0 -

Aussie.
Edit: females only, I don't care what some guy sounds like because I'm not listening to him anyway.2 -

My favourite Canadian accent is that Alberta prairie drawl and East coast, especially Newfoundland...so unique.
As a Western Canadian I can always pick out when someone from Ontario is on tv. There's something about the way that they speak - an Ontarian stands out to me just as much as a Newfie does
Really?!! I always thought I sound "normal" lol!!0 -

Random thought...from what I remember you don't have an "accent" to me, I think we sound the same...so curious now what makes me sound "Ontarian"!!
*kitten*...hope it's not the hoser thing, lol!!0 -

Um, how weird would it be to ask what it would cost to hire you to never stop talking?

Ever been to Chicago?
I love accents from New Jersey & New York[/quote]
I have been to Chicago for work, primarily to deal with consulate matters. We'd flown in and out on the same day unfortunately. Things may change when a friend marries her current live in, they'd just moved to Chicago from Iowa to join him. No date set as yet.
@Chicago - How much of President Obama's speech is influenced by Chicago?

England Scotland wales n. Ireland are british accents! They also all have their own languages
Southern Irish isn’t British
English language accents would be better way to word it maybe?
North Cumbria is my fave , it’s still very Nordic , Lancashire men’s accent is the best
