Lost all the baby weight her 1st birthday and then put back on 5lbs. I really want to lose 10 total. I just need to pay closer attention to my eating.

I’m stuck.
Still hoping to have victory at end of month.

Second update! Loss is a bit steep right now but I'm trying to overhaul both what I eat and how I think about food, so adjustments will slow down later in the month I expect.
So impressed with the community here by the way -- so many strong people supporting each other!

Feeling good so far! Down 4.6 lbs just by making healthier choices and hitting the gym 2-3x a week (and walking for 30 mins on days I don't go). Not too shabby! My May goal of 200 is already within reach!8 -

Hi Everyone,
Here's my weekly check-in. I am super psyched by my results even though I know that this amount of weight loss can't continue. For the record, I am doing a 15 day cleanse, which I actually started last Wednesday, so I am sure that is what is giving me such great results. I will definitely slow down (and maybe even re-gain a bit at first) once I get back to normal eating.

Glad for even the small loss, I binged the *kitten* out last week. :-( Been doing pretty well, but old habits die hard. Very hard. I feel a bit better now, and hopefully the remainder of the month will pass without incident.5 -

This will be my first challenge, but I am in dire need of some support! While becoming more active in the last few months, I still struggle with eating habits. I need to remind myself I will not see change without making a change. I am looking forward to the challenge and 5 lbs is a feasible goal!

My update! I think some hormone fluctuations may be contributing to the over 2 lb weight loss in just a week, but I will take it
Last week was my first time in a long time being consistent in recording my calories...holy cow, I needed that reality check! No, I didn't hit or stay under my caloric goal every day, but I was always within 200 calories so I am OK with that. I also feel like even without hitting the goal, I was definitely in a deficit compared to how I have been eating the past month...so hopefully I still see results. Thanks for the support guys, and keep up the good work!

Ok, that’s 10 pounds a week. I started Keto diet on the last day of April and I never expected such results in just one week. I’m sure it’s just water and it will slow down, we’ll see how much it’ll be by the end of the month7 -

I lost 9lbs in the first week of keto, I was amazed! But, yes, it will slow down a bit just keep going---it's worth it!4 -
Thanks, I can’t wait to see where it brings me1
