30 Minute Hit

Hello! I recently started at 30 Minute Hit. Does anyone have success stories/tips on improving stamina? What would that be categorized under for exercise log?

    I have done them since August and I can honestly say that you really do get better within the first 5 weeks - if you can throw in a 20 min jog another day a week (or do the hit twice or more a week), you'll see results v quickly :) Also squats daily helps. Good luck - it's been a great fitness idea for me :)

    3 -4 weeks depending on your body you will notice that you will get fitter I notice that the PT at my local anytime mixes up the course for us which is extremely decent to be honest, but as far increasing mental focus and stamina sooner than later you can try something like a pre workout such as Ghost Legend stacking with Core Nutritionals Pump Formula or something along those lines but it depends on the results you want to see from the HIIT class, 30 minutes seems rather short for a HIIT as ours run for 45.

    You can't do HIIT for 45 minutes, and 30 is really unlikely.
