How do you enter a workout that is a combination?

The workouts I do are a combination of weights, light and heavy, Bosu ball, resistance bands, mat work - a total body workout. How do we enter something like this or determine how many calories are burned?

I have the same problem. For example, on leg day, I do several different things... As well as arm day...etc. How do you determine the calories burned without having to log each individual excercise done. I dont have time for all that lol0
