  • Hi Everyone - my trainer sent this site to his clients. I’ve been working out for about two months without any progress … : ( At least any major ones. Everyone said losing weight is harder when you get older, but dang, I’m only 27. I have a hard time remembering to log my food, but I’m really going to try this time.

    Thanks for everyone’s warm welcome. TGIF! I’m going to Cedar Point this weekend, a lot of walk, but also a lot of bad food. I hope to keep on the straight path, but you have to love mini corndogs (at least my thighs do, lol)
