Do you have other ideas that meet those goals?

I'm a self-proclaimed expert in many things, including the majestic Bavarian sauerkraut. Bav-Kraut, as I like to call it, is relatively cheap but does not contain more fiber than carbs.

Face it. OP will never be back and will think Bavarian sauerkraut has more fiber then carbs. Unless she reads the label.

I don't think any food has more fiber than carbs.

She will also think it makes baby bird sounds

Wow some of you were really rude. If you use the fitnesspal you will see some say it does and some don't.

    Uh oh was it me

I don't think anyone was rude. I think it's more rude to show up, give bad health advise and then never follow it up.

Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that the body can’t digest. Though most carbohydrates are broken down into sugar molecules, fiber cannot be broken down into sugar molecules, and instead it passes through the body undigested. Fiber helps regulate the body’s use of sugars, helping to keep hunger and blood sugar in check.

Children and adults need at least 20 to 30 grams of fiber per day for good health, but most Americans get only about 15 grams a day. Great sources are whole fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and beans.
