Looking to gain weight

I'm 22years old and currently 135 pounds. I looking to gain at least 20 pounds. Can anyone help? I work delivering furniture all day (bedrooms, sofa, ect)
So I'm pretty active throughout the day. And have a fast mutualism. I work out every morning for Monday to Friday. So I've been trying to eat more often.
My goal is to gain weight and turn that into muscle.

    Aim to gain .5lb/week. Make sure your activity setting is set to "active"- Keep in mind that this doesn't include exercise. Eat all of your exercise calories. Are you following a structured lifting program?
