Plateau

I hit a plateau on my traditional calorie counting diet and decided to try keto. That was 2 weeks ago and according to the test strips I’m in ketosis but have yet to see any change in my scale. I’m still keeping my calories under 1300. What am I doing wrong?

How long has it been since you lost weight? How are you measuring your calorie intake?1

I lost 3 lbs in March. Im measuring my food on a scale and logging it on MyFitnessPal and also Carb Manager0

Obviously, being in ketosis and being in a calorie deficit is not the same thing. Give it a couple more weeks, then reduce your calories if your not losing.0

Thanks. I think you’re right. I’m not a patient person. It seems I did lose 2 lbs last month but my scale is off.0
