I hit my first goal! I started my new lifestyle change on January 1 with the help of this site and I have already lost 15 pounds! That is 16% of my goal! Wahoo! This site is amazing!

    What do you think is helping the most?

    Honestly? Being able to enjoy the food I love but in moderation. I had no idea before what a serving size is. I'm not depriving myself of anything, if I want some chocolate, I eat it... just a much smaller amount than before and I work it into my daily calories. If I'm maxed on calories for the day and I still want a treat, I go for a walk or do some exercise and burn it off first and then I have it if I still want it.
