    All last night I had dreams of Valentines day cupcakes (I <3 cupcakes!) so I am going to remember you and your strength when I see them today!

    Good for saying no to chocolate!!

    We are going to Niagara Falls tomorrow and staying in a suite with a view of the falls, a 2 person jacuzzi and a fireplace. There will be chocolate covered strawberries and wine in the room.

    Needless to say I have been working out like a fiend the last couple of days and we plan on using the gym and pool at the hotel!

    That sounds exactly like our plans, we don't live far from the Falls either, wonder if you are at the same hotel as us?

    We live in Mississauga, so it is only an hour's drive away. We are staying at the Marriott there. How about you?

    yayyy for you Laura!!! congrats on the weight loss thus far, you welcomed me so I've been following your progress and you're rockin the scale!!! I didn't get or ask for any candy, but did buy us a small bag of reese cups sugar free for a choco fix, it was amazing how good just one tasted as opposed to the king sized that I used to eat.
