    I'm grieving my father's recent passing right now, so there were a lot of meals with family last week that were out of my control and where I didn't always either have or make the right choices. And there was some impulsive self-indulgence with comfort food. I'm thinking 1.5 lb gain is actually a win to be honest. I'm getting back to my meal plan as much as possible this week.

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL):

    I joined in 2012, I had already lost a little bit before joining but my highest weight ever was 248. I had managed to drop my weight to 163 which was my all time lowest. Life happened and I gained some weight back. I always wanted to lose it again but I was just too depressed to ever take it seriously. Nothing really motivated me to change despite wanting to. I've got some wind beneath my wings at the moment and I'm hoping it'll carry me through long enough to see some results. I'm definitely in it to win it now. I've got goals for each of these months so that makes it a little bit easier! June is my birthday month, I'm planning a beach birthday (wanna wear a bathing suit). July is my appointment to go see my endocrinologist; Here's to hoping the new meds are working! And August is my Second Honeymoon in Ireland! I want to be fit enough to go exploring as much as possible. So if you've read through all of this and want to take this journey with me, please add me! I'm tired of it just being me on my newsfeed.
