Would you look at yourself nude and judge what type of fitness and diet you need?
It is all about body acceptance too, but question is anyone share this idea and consider this a positive

Yes, I look at myself nude and think of ways to improve.
I don't understand the rest of the question4 -

I look at myself nude and think... Yeah, needs some work, but overall... Damn, GRRRL, you look awesome.
I used to hate all my bits... Now I'm learning to love them.8 -

With the volume of nudes I send every day it’s impossible not to catch a glimpse here and there10

Yes great idea. I am working towards my doctorate in online nudity so I'll be sending out my nudes to all for peer review.....4 -

It depends on which mirror we're talking about.
The ones on the ceiling can be quite flattering.2 -

Well, I don't necessarily think looking in the mirror nude or clothed is the best way for me to judge what calorie count or type of food I need or if I should do more exercise even if accept my body. Why do you think seeing your nude body would give you information to judge what type of fitness or diet you need?
It might motivate you to change but isn't it just a subjective emotional response? Isn't that how disordered thinking about bodies happen a lot of times?

I enjoy looking at myself nude in the mornings. The evenings not so much.
It's amazing how much you bloat during the day.
I don't think I actually answered your question.
Carry on, then.3 -
I would have to say I look better naked at night...with the lights off..2
