starting back on this journey... my high cholesterol (was 1280 now down to and stress levels have had me worried... now that they are down, I feel like I can try to start back on getting back into shape. I have lost a lot of my physical strength and it makes it difficult to ride as my horse can easily tip me over due to a lack of core strength. my goal is to lose 15 pds while adopting healthier eating habits and exercising. Time to get started.

Hi there, really glad to find your post. I fell off my horse last September and fractured my pelvis - its an ongoing long slow journey back to health and fitness (I'm 58) and sometimes it's hard to stay motivated. I also need to shift a few pounds!0

I am using riding as my motivation for fitness too!0
