To the serious film buffs amongst us I am sure this will be very difficult.....but if you could pick just ONE movie...what would you say was the BEST film you have ever seen? One that left a lasting impression on you that is.

Mine has got to be "The Shawshanks redemption" (1994) with Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman....so many memorable quotes and an absolutely brilliant ending.

So..whats yours?

There are hundreds of movies I would love to list here but the one that really gets to me is "Battle: LA" I know most people think it was a stupid alien movie but it reminds me of being in the Marine Corps and what the Corps really means to us.

OK I know I just said Shawshank but if you gave me a top 3 that and American History X would be in it. Someone pointed out to me both movies involve prison rape. I'll have to ask my therapist about that one.

Shawshank and Green Mile are two I could watch over and over.
  • This was hard for me, I say Gone with the Wind by a slim margin over GodFather.

Pulp Fiction, what a movie. Can't believe Uma Thurman could make a white shirt look that good.

I have way too many to count. But I am going to have to say my most recent one that has stuck in my head is "Avatar" The story line as well as the eye-candy was unbelievable.

"Midnight Run." I'm sure I could recite the whole movie, but no one really wants to hear that.

Dirty Dancing is the best of all time movie. I have watched it more times than I can count. It came out when I was teenager and I feel in love. I dreamed so many nights that I was Baby. No wonder I married a man that could dance. I was in love.
