Losing belly Fat

Hey you guys!! I’m just starting my weight loss journey and I’m new to all the workouts. I am trying to lose belly fat & lift my butt. What are some workouts I can do at the gym and at home???

Hi there! I have purchased an aerobic stepper and I have hand weights, I find that a fun and effective workout, even when I’m at home watching TV!
I’m not very knowledgeable about toning up but with losing fat I have been successful with using the treadmill daily for 30 mins, using hand weights during the day and doing reps of squats, star jumps etc when doing household chores and brushing my teeth in the morning. All these things add up and promote weight loss, however diet is 80% and exercise is 20%.

Also make sure you are following a lifting program to maintain as much muscle as possible (especially in the glutes as indicated as one of your goals). A list of programs (both at home and gym) is here:
