Yesterday all day I ate sandwiches, not a good choice but I was very busy and it's easy to reach sandwiches everywhere... Actually, I was below my calorie limit, walked 10k steps and swam about 20 minutes. I was expecting better.

So it appears that I'll only be posting twice this round.
I never like setting individual goals for myself, each round, as I know it'll demotivate me if I don't hit them however, as this round may be a tad different from the norm I will set some. My goals are to maintain my marathon training abroad (wish me luck) and to be sensible when it comes to food choices, an all inclusive holiday can be a slippery slope! I won't beat myself up if I gain/maintain/lose but I will if I don't make a solid effort with these goals!!

I started this challenge at round 27, at 227.8. I ended round 38 at 194. That is a 33 pound loss! I love this challenge! It goes against everything I USED to believe about weighing in daily, and has taught me to really listen to my body, not get discouraged by small set backs, and to celebrate the small victories!
Round 41 SW 189.2 My goal is keep moving down and stay in the 180's and to finally get to the 40 pound mark!
