What type of Fitbit do u have? I have a charge 2 and it has an exercise mode to track what I’m doing. If u go under your account (the box at the top right) then tap your Fitbit set up (mine says charge 2) it has a great Q and A section that will help you with that. Hope this helps.

You’ll get a calorie adjustment based on your total burn for the day. MFP cannot determine whether those calories were burned from exercise, general activity, or your BMR.

I have the Charge 2 as well - I log my classes as the activity and it works great! I was wondering if this is synced to MFP

Interesting. I'll not add them manually and let it do this.

    Thank you both!

Let the Fitbit sort the calorie burn adjustment. The only exercise you would add would be for non step related workouts i.e cycling/swimming.

I have the Charge two too. Sorry I had to do that. As Malibu927 said the MFP sync only seems to be able to log your entire days caloric burn. I thought that I was just being a dumbarse and couldn't figure it out and to be fair I quit trying kind of easily. Figured what little spare time I had was best spent elsewhere.
I have since spoken with friends that have other devices and they too only get a total burn as opposed to the individual workouts burn. Where as MFP use to be able to log individual W/O's. Point in case my Vivofit (Garmin) would log each workout individually. MFP has done some SW updates and at some point this feature was broken or removed.
What I found as a fix is to delete the sync or just turn sync'ing off and log each individual W/O on MFP myself.
Kind of sucks but it works.
    Good luck and best fishes!

P.s. If anyone does find the fix (cause I still don't doubt I'm just being dumb about it) please log it here.

I believe the Garmin software developers did the work to push Garmin exercise activities to MFP and still do. Other trackers, such as Fitbit, do not push individual activities to MFP.

The Fitbit activity tracker section is more robust, so I just check the Fitbit app and don't worry about logging any exercise activity in MFP and let MFP do the daily Fitbit Calorie adjustment. It has worked fine for me in maintenance.
