My weight loss has been very slow and very unsteady, but I'm trying to get there without ever feeling like I'm doing something hard. I'm taking it very easy on myself and just moving when I can, cutting back when I can, and being mellow about the whole thing.Woman, Age 47, 5'6"

5/18 - 190.04 - Had pizza last night that I couldn't find nutritional information on. I guesstimated based on another companies. I didn't care for it, so only ate 1.5 slices. Dollar Days for drinks is back at McDonald's and I love a fountain coke with ice. I behaved and only got a small though.

5/18 138.5 Well not surprised. Yesterday was our 48th wedding anniversary and my 10 month Ketoversary. Down 30# We attended a dinner party last night and there was sugar in everything - at least that was the way it felt/tasted. This morning my ketones are low (0.5) but still present.7
