mine was today when my mom actually said something nice about my weight and she never dose which made my day today.

so that's my NSV what's yours?

    No one around where I live recognizes me. I always have to speak first and be like, HEY, IT'S ME!! lol

    I was invited out for drinks and skinny dipping by an entire bridal party when dj'ing a wedding a couple weeks ago.

    I didn't go, but WOW was I flattered. They were B E A Utiful!

    One kind of weird but still flattering one was when I met my daughter's new boyfriend and later she told me that he said she had passed the "mother test". I asked what that was and she said that he'd been told if you wanted to know if your girlfriend would still look good when she was older to check out her mom.

    I feel like I look like a different person in these jeans today. Feeling slim. Also, yesterday my Aunt told me I looked great and I got to wear my favorite colts shirt from last year that was REALLY small on me and has extra room now!

    One of my friends at lunch said "I don't see any fat on you at all, you are so skinny."

    Still have 23 pounds to lose, but I am glad she couldn't see the fat.

    My boss was very serious when she looked at me and said, "You look amazing." My co-worker walked by and said, "Holy sh*&. I see it!"

    I need to buy a dress for a wedding this weekend and the sales girl went to grab me a size 6 and I stopped her and said "no I think I need an 8"....................tried on the 8, then the 6 and then she brought me a 4 because the 6 was too big!!!! Talk about a non scale victory! I've never worn a 4 anything. I think it may have been just the cut of the dress, bc I definitely am not what your typical 4 looks like. BUT a non scale victory all the same!

    My NSV was last week, and when I went to happy hour with some girlfriends I hadn't seen in a while, and they all comented on how much weight I had lost. And another incident when a coworker was shocked when I told her my age and said she swore I was 10 years younger.

    A lady I see every day on my walk breaks made the comment, "You look like your going to blow away. You look great!"

    That made my day!

    I got a pair of pants on that havent fit since 2008. They arent fit to wear out in public yet, but they're on!
