Dry rice is around 350 calories per 100 grams. Use a food scale and weigh it dry for best accuracy.

1/4 cup (or 45g) uncooked is 160 calories per my rice bag. That would cook up to 1 cup cooked. It absorbs the water, so it puffs up.

If you are in doubt, weigh or measure it dry and enter it that way.

What about the macros? I don't understand the question I guess.

Pasta, bread, and rice are both mostly carbohydrates with some protein.

Here is the USDA nutrition database, you can check there for more info.

I meant, how many carbohydrates per 90 gr (1/2 cup of dry rice)

In the link you gave me, it says: 72.8 C 6.76 P 0.93 F per 90gr of dry rice

    Thanks.
