    I HIT MY GOAL FOR THE WINTER CHALLENGE!!! LETS GIVE THIS A GO! LOVE THE ACCOUNTABILITY IT GIVES ME! I will be doing Thursday weigh-ins.

    MAY 3: 154.8 HUGE JUMP! Late nights at work, high carbs, little fluids
    MAY 10: 151.4 Late nights at work, lots of take out, little fluids, better on carbs
    MAY 17: 150.2 Going for 2 high carb days, so this number may go up for a few. :(

    @rlsettle4 you can change the dates to suit your weigh-in day. Mine, for example, is Sunday so I've changed the dates to suit that.
