Hey y’all
So I recently let myself go. Like a lot.
I’m trying to lose ten pounds. Not super quick but not too long.
So I’m trying to figure out a good timeline
And good foods to eat.
Some good exercises to slim down my legs. That’s my problem area. My thighs (arghhh)
Hope everyone has a good day!

You can't spot reduce.
Moderate exercise is good for you. Any exercise is good for you. The best exercise is exercise you do.
Good foods to eat are foods you like, combined into a diet that gives you all the nutrition you need every day, and not too many calories over time.
The maximum rate for weightloss is 1% of your bodyweight per week. You qualify for this if you're morbidly obese, set a good calorie target, and stick to it like glue. The last ten pounds is such a vague concept, and will come off so slowly and make so little difference, and gradually transition into maintenance, that a timeframe for them is almost impossible, and quite unnecessary, to set.0
