Lose 2lb per week in 5 weeks challenge

Hi Im Suzanne and I have been dabbling with trying to shed a stone (14lbs) by losing 1lb per week for over a month now. My biggest problem is my social life, going out for drinks and dining out with friends at weekends.I need help with sticking to my valorie/nutrition goals are you up for the challenge with me?

    You aren't heavy enough to lose 2lb per week in a healthy way. Stick with 1lb.

    Try prelogging your week and save some calories for going out at the weekend. Look at your weekly goal not daily.

    If you find losing 1 pound per week difficult, why do you think you can lose 2 pounds per week?

    i am in. my goal is to stay under 1200 calories per day. I’ve lost motivation lately and need a challenge to stay on track, let’s do it!
