    Fantastic!! I can remember the first time I was able to run a 5K straight thru and I wanted to throw a party after!! I told everyone I came in contact with (which probably annoyed some, but tuff s**t) I am now addicted to running and I have done a ton of road races since then, great job and keep it up!!!

    That's awesome! Lately I've been working on just bettering my time running a mile since that's the most I can run at the moment...then I'll work on running more. This really inspired me, though. Can't wait to get back on the treadmill in a couple days and try to see how long I can actually run for.
