Keto tracking

I love my fitness pal but recently started keto and can't track net carbs on here....what does everyone else do?

    Track fiber and subtract. At least that's what I did when I did keto.

    You can rearrange your view so that carbs and fiber are right next to each other, which makes it easier to manage. That’s how I do it.

    Where do you rearrange view at?

    Go to home/settings and look at "nutrients tracked"

    I just use total carbs and go a bit higher than net carbs. Then I keep an eye on fibre and sugar to to make sure the numbers stay at an acceptable level.
