Help with supper ideas

Hey y’all! Ok I only have 367 left for my calories today. I need help coming up with ideas I can eat that will fill be up but stay in my calorie range. Please someone help me.

    frozen veggies and chicken breast. I like the steamfresh carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower blend.

    Omelette with veggies & deli ham or turkey

    3 large eggs ~215
    Spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, peppers, etc ~50
    Deli ham ~50
    A sprinkle of shredded cheese or crumbled feta

    5 oz boneless, skinless chicken (about the size of your palm)=152 cals 32.9g of protein
    2 cups of steamed fresh broccoli= 60 cals 5.2g protein
    4 oz sweet potato (baked in skin)=102 cals 2.3g protein

    You’ll have enough cals leftover for a little something extra

    Make a soup. Chicken and vegetables, very heavy on the veggies!!!! Between the amount of vegetables and broth, it'll be larger in volume but lower in calories than a lot of foods.

    Large green salad topped with a tuna pouch? I usually add jarred peppers to mine for more flavor.
