Wanting to lose weight

I am trying to lose weight... I am 200 ponds and I want to be 130... can anyone help me.... stay motivated

Just make sure you aren't restricting your calories too much or taking on too much exercise all at once. Go slow and start adding in little things to your every day life that you'd be comfortable doing forever.
Also remember there are no bad foods, just bad portion sizes. You can eat whatever you want.... As long as you are under your calorie goal, you will lose weight I would never discourage anyone from eating healthy, but make sure you aren't cutting out your favorite foods just because you think they are unhealthy2 -

Its not easy to change your lifestyle, but it is possible. I would start with small changes in your behavior. Determine a course of action and stick to it.
For me, I started with changes in my diet. A few years ago, I had read "The 4-Hour Body" by Tim Ferriss. I follow his suggestion of a slow-carb diet (aka eating low glycemic foods). I keep hearing the statistic that diet is 90% of weight loss and I find it to be true. Also, using apps like MyFitnessPal help me to determine what calories I am consuming helps tremendously. I eat as close to my caloric goal as I can while following the slow-carb guidelines.
It took me years to put on the weight, so I understand that it will take some time to take the weight back off. Consistency is key! Don't expect to put in half-effort and achieve full results. Having said that, I celebrate small victories. The other day, a coworker brought in lemon bars. I was eyeing one pretty badly. I fought my urge to grab one and also the social pressure from each coworker telling me that "one won't hurt". The sad thing is that for me, one is the gateway to a dozen. When I resisted, I felt good and made sure to acknowledge and relish in my victory.
Everyone gains and loses weight at a different rate. Don't judge yourself based on other people. Figure out how your body responds to different stimuli and formulate a plan. This will take time, but I guarantee it is worth it!0
